Marimo Ball Terrarium In A Recycled Light Bulb
Be the proud owner of this rare algae formation called the Marimo ball! Found only in lakes of Japan, Iceland, Scotland, Estonia, and Australia, these algae become round due to very specific conditions such as lake currents, morphology, sedimentation, and lighting. They are also known to have a very long life expectancy. The oldest ball was found in Lake Akan, Japan and it's a century old!
Now you can have your own live Marimo ball in a recycled 4" light bulb. Comes with a sea fan and a bag of aquarium rocks, this Marimo terrarium bulb will make a great addition to your existing decor! Just make sure to keep it away from direct sunlight and change the water every one or two weeks (more often in the summer). This aquatic plant requires very little maintenance and a slow grower (5 mm a year).
To prevent shipping damage, your terrarium pieces will be packed separately. Assembly and care guide will be included.
